Monika Goertz, the Director of inovision, is an experienced facilitator & professional coach who, over her 20-year career, has gained experience in leadership development and coaching, strategy formulation & implementation and team effectiveness facilitation. Monika's strengths are her intuitive and rapid technique of helping clients focus their energies and achieve the outcomes they want. Monika brings sound people and business experience to every engagement. Monika has a Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees as well as a Diploma in Professional Coaching.

Diana Shmukler Phd is a former Prof. of Applied Psychology (Wits., SA) and currently visiting Prof. of Psychotherapy (U. of Middlesex, U. of City of London, UK). Diana has consulted widely to retailers and the financial services sector in Australia, South Africa, the UK and Europe. With a background in Psychotherapy and Clinical Psychology, Diana specializes in cultural issues, team building, conflict negotiation, strategic discussions with a particular focus on management and leadership development.
